Our recipe is made with Regenerative Organic Certified® long grain white rice, cilantro and lime (duh!), and a little bit of cumin. It’s the perfect sidekick to grilled shrimp, black beans, and pico de gallo, if we do say so ourselves.

Stovetop Cooking Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 1/3 cups water, rice, seasoning and 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Top with grilled shrimp, a squeeze of fresh lime over rice, and freshly chopped cilantro.
For a vegan option, mix in black beans and pico de gallo.
For coconut lime rice, substitute half of the water with coconut milk, garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, and add a squeeze of lime.
