We don’t recommend using our products after the Best Before Date.
Rice and rice products can go rancid or lose their integrity after the Best Before Date, so it’s best to use it before that date.
Our Best Before Date is printed on the back, bottom section of our our packages. It is printed in year-month-day format.

The packaged, dry rice is made in a facility free from the top 9 US allergens and the top 11 Canadian allergens.
The regular Rice Cake and Thin Stacker facility is free from peanuts, tree nuts, milk and milk products, eggs, wheat or grains that contain gluten, fish, shellfish, and sesame seed. This facility contains soy.
Please reach out to our Customer Service team with any specific questions about allergens.
Shipping is on us if you spend over $65 (before taxes) and after any promo codes have been applied. For orders $65 or less, shipping fees are based on your location and the weight of your order. We're sorry but we do not yet have a “calculator” to show you your shipping costs. You will need to go through the checkout process to see the cost.
All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground. Currently we can only ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous US. While we wish could deliver our rice-tastic products to all homes, we’re sorry that we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories, Canada or orders that contain APO, FPO, DPO, or AE addresses. We are working to find options that would allow us to get our products into these places, so stay tuned!
All orders are typically shipped within 1 TO 2 BUSINESS days (excluding weekends and holidays) via Fed Ex Ground from our Farm in Northern CA. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is on the way.
When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. Please use the link provided in your email to check your order status at any time.
For larger orders that are sent in multiple boxes, the shipments may arrive on different days. Please be sure to check the individual tracking info for each shipment.
Unfortunately, no. Since we move fast to process and ship your order, we aren't able to change or cancel it.
We think our products are rice-tastic! And while we're not able to accept returns back to the farm, if your purchase leaves you less than happy please reach out to Customer Service with your order number and we'll work to make it right!

While rice is naturally a gluten-free food, not all of our products are gluten-free. We do proudly offer a large selection of gluten-free products but urge our gluten-free consumers to look for a "gluten-free" statement or logo on the package and review allergen statements and ingredient lists. Raw rice is stable for at least one year with proper storage. As with any natural grain, deterioration can be caused by heat, light, and pests. To maintain and extend shelf life, store rice in a cool (below 55 degrees F), dark, pest-free location; the refrigerator and freezer are great options.
