Current Positions

Vice President of Sales

Lundberg Family Farms is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to perform as our Vice President of Sales. This individual will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the company’s sales efforts, including managing the sales team, establishing sales goals and strategies in support of the company’s annual business plan, and working directly with key customers and prospects. This position will also be responsible for providing analytical data demonstrating the effectiveness of various sales tactics employed by the company.

This individual will assure that Lundberg products are widespread and prominently placed in targeted channels, that annual sales revenue targets are achieved at costs that contribute to the company’s overall profitability, and participates as a member of the leadership team responsible for implementing the strategic plan of the company and participating in the development of the company’s business plan.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS in a related field and a minimum of ten years of progressive experience as a sales professional in the food industry. The preferred applicant will have a demonstrated history of sales success in a similar position, be familiar with the natural foods industry, have a passion for the business, and committed to building and maintaining customer relationships.

Supply Chain Quality Manager

Lundberg Family Farms is currently accepting application materials for an experienced Supply Chain Quality Manager. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Supply Chain Quality Program, which includes food safety risk assessments, sustainability assessments, agriculture practice assessments, supplier qualification process, material specification development, audits, incoming material quality metrics, supplier quality issue resolution and continuous process/quality/cost improvement. The scope of this role includes maintaining a business relationship with Contract Manufacturers thereby ensuring they operate in accordance with established standards & guidelines, and provide recommendations to improve overall performance with safety audits and scorecards.

The ideal candidate must have a BS in the technical field, 10 years of relevant experience in the food/beverage industry with demonstrated experience/achievements in quality, food safety, organic and/or sustainability program management. Experience in agriculture and organics, preferred. Must also possess superior problem solving skills, strong written communication and verbal skills. Experience with design, implementation, agreements and start-up of new manufacturing facilities preferred.

Facility Sanitation Lead

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking an individual with a minimum 3 years of experience in the Food Industry in a leadership role working in Quality and/or Sanitation to perform as a Facility Sanitation Lead. Job duties include providing guidance and leadership to the Sanitation team to ensure the timely and effective execution of all cleaning requirements. In addition this position is required to lead all programs using an established Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP). Conduct audits of department activities to evaluate effectiveness of established programs. Promote sanitation philosophies and ensure participation amongst all departments and levels within the facility.

Successful applicants must maintain a working knowledge of all processes and equipment. Applicants must also be experienced in the use and application of cleaning chemicals, chemical interaction and material safety data sheets. Must be able to identify, recommend, and help implement tools and programs to improve department performance including quality enhancements, safety improvements, employee development and cost reduction. Assure cleaning procedures are maintained and updated. Resolve problems and ensure proper repair and maintenance of all Technical Services equipment.

This position requires the ability to lift, carry and hold up to 50 lbs. and the ability to perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, stooping and carrying. Bi-lingual preferred.
